← Technology presentation requires technology – “Great setup,” one of my session participants said when she saw the screens, projectors and computer desk. “Yes,” I agreed. “if I can figure out how to get it all working.” I as the first session of the day and had to start computer, lower screens and get projection to work. Guess what didn’t work. The phone to call tech support.
