Multi-tasking – Wendy told us she was making egg salad from Easter eggs during our meeting but was tuned in for offering ideas. Making egg salad is less distracting than text messaging. Not sure that would be true in f-2-f setting.

Judging advertising – Mentors Wayne & Georgia Dunn (on right) judge with Susan Tantillo and Candace and John Bowen. Judges reviewed more than 1,000 entries in more than 40 categories.
Bike blogging – One of my distance options is pedaling the 5K course, which provides a great way to visualize progress. Tucked under one arm is the thesis I’d better make progress on, too.
