If you are involved in planning summer journalism workshops for high school students and advisers, here is advice from Aaron Manfull:

1. Courses will have to change as platforms change.

2. Most beneficial classes: “Build an Online Presence” & “We have a site, now what?”

3. If you are teaching summer workshops, select one platform. Best choice = WordPress.
Don’t use Dreamweaver. Don’t try to teach multiple platforms.
